1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BG Remover service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BG Remover provides an online tool for removing backgrounds from images using artificial intelligence technology. The Service includes image processing, storage of processed images, and related features as described on our website.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credits and Payment

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each background removal requires one credit. New users receive three free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased through our subscription plans.

All payments are processed securely through PayPal. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

Free trial periods are offered for 7 days. Your payment method will be authorized but not charged during the trial period. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged according to your selected plan.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. If you cancel during the free trial period, your payment method will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial period, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the current billing period, but you will not be charged for the next period.

We generally do not offer refunds for purchased credits or subscription payments. However, if you experience technical issues with our Service that prevent you from using your credits, please contact our support team, and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.

6. User Content

By uploading images to our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process these images solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the images you upload, and that your use of our Service does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Uploading illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Using the Service to generate or distribute spam or malware
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our software
• Using the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage limits

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BG Remover and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BG Remover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
